The Challenge
Rhodian Homes was managing property listings across three different platforms with no unified digital presence. Buyers and sellers both expressed frustration with the fragmented experience.
Our Approach
We built a custom property platform in Next.js with advanced search and filter, map-based browsing, multilingual support for Greek, English, and German buyers, and a CMS for the agents to self-manage listings.
Results
- All listings unified under a single platform within 30 days
- Enquiry conversion rate 2.8× higher than the previous fragmented setup
- Mobile sessions now account for 68% of all traffic
