Evolvio provides digital marketing, branding, web design, and development services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement (proposal or contract) between Evolvio and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Evolvio Marketing Agency and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Upon full payment, clients receive agreed deliverables as outlined in their individual service contract. Evolvio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary assets required for project completion. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and may incur additional costs.
5. Payments
Payment terms are specified in the individual service agreement. Evolvio reserves the right to pause or terminate work if invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed due date. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolvio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Evolvio has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rhodes, Greece.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
