The Challenge
Olive & Fig is a modern Greek restaurant situated in the heart of Rhodes Old Town. Despite exceptional cuisine and a beautiful setting, their branding was inconsistent and failed to communicate the elevated dining experience they offered. They needed an identity that honoured tradition while feeling undeniably contemporary.
Our Approach
We began with a two-day brand discovery workshop with the founders. From there, we developed three distinct creative directions before refining the chosen concept over four iterative rounds.
The final identity draws on the geometric precision of ancient Greek motifs — simplified into a clean, modern mark. The typographic system pairs a custom-modified serif logotype with Inter for supporting copy, creating a visual language that works equally well on a handwritten menu card and an Instagram story.
