The Challenge
Helios Private Villas owns five luxury properties across Rhodes and Kos. Their existing website was slow, visually dated, and unable to handle direct bookings — forcing guests through third-party platforms and costing the business significant commission every season.
Our Approach
We designed and built a custom Astro-powered website with a direct booking engine, villa comparison tool, and photo-forward UI. The brand identity was elevated to match the premium positioning of the properties.

- 38% increase in direct bookings within 60 days of launch
- Page load time reduced from 8.2 s to under 1 s
- Average session duration up 2.4× from 1:12 to 2:54
